I’m Pam Richardson, Managing Director, and I hold ITIL certification from APMG and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential from the Project Management Institute. With over 25 years of experience across the technology spectrum—from coder and help desk to executive leadership—I guide organizations in moving from reactive, vendor-driven technology to stable, well-governed, and cost-effective IT operations.

I help mission-driven and growing organizations build stable, secure, and scalable technology foundations—without unnecessary complexity. A focused working session for nonprofit leaders who need clarity on technology priorities, risks, or decisions. You’ll leave with your top priorities, key risks to address, and clear next steps—plus a short written summary. Fee is credited toward any follow-on engagement.

Technology Assessment

A structured, executive-level assessment of your technology environment. This deep-dive (not a formal IT audit) reviews infrastructure, vendors, security posture, access management, and operational workflows to identify what’s working, what’s not, key risks, and practical opportunities for improvement.

Deliverables: A written summary of findings, prioritized recommendations, and a leadership readout with options for follow-on support.

Fractional IT Leadership

For organizations that need ongoing technology leadership, vendor oversight, and strategic guidance—without the cost of a full-time IT executive. Retainer engagements provide consistent access to senior IT leadership to support planning, governance, and operational stability over time.

Engagement goals and success measures are defined based on findings from the Technology Assessment and refined at the start of the retainer.
